About The Role

The Experience Team plays a crucial role in exceeding expectations and providing a superb customer experience, critical to Frontier’s success built on a foundation of customer obsession and innovation. We’re looking for a highly-motivated and conscientious individual to join our Experience Team to provide exceptional service to our customers. The Experience Team acts as the “face and voice” of Frontier Label, and is made up of individuals who are empathetic, detailed, enjoy problem-solving, and are genuinely excited to help others. They must be able to see things from the customer’s perspective and be an ambassador for the company. 

You will be a part of a dynamic team that seeks to achieve customer service excellence with an impact that touches every department within our company. This position offers great career potential as we continue to grow our national footprint.

Strategic Responsibilities & Deliverables:

● Respond efficiently to customer inquiries across various communication channels
● Assist potential customers to make informed buying decisions
● Resolve customer concerns
● Thoroughly document customer interactions
● Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
● Respond professionally both verbally and in written form to different personality types in a variety of situations

● Ability to analyze and offer solutions
● Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment
● Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required. This includes confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities, professionally written correspondence, and active listening abilities.
