How to Place a Re-Order

Have you ever had a really daunting day and there was more on your plate than any human could possibly bear. Then, you try tackling what should be a simple task to make the list seem like it is falling to your fearsome prowess of business skill. “I’ve got this. I have done this before, it should be a snap.”

Then, Pandora’s box is opened and you realize that some company out there is conspiring with poor internet speed to ruin your day by causing you to run circles around yourself to figure out how to order from their website an exact copy of what you have done in the past. Seriously? Why do I have to resubmit forms and call Veronica to confirm my email and password? Who doest that?

Not us.

We have worked hard in our website upgrade to bring a fresh touch of quality and efficiency to the new and re-ordering process. In this post, we will look at:

Let’s jump right in.

1. Account Login

When you arrive that the Account Login page, enter the email and password that you used to create your account during the first order. If you need help, you can either click on the “Forgot Password” link or give us a call at 877-277-4682. Friendly people can answer your call (no machines) and help you access your account. Once in your account, you can update your information if you so desire. Perhaps a contact number, email or name has changed in the recent past; change it at will.

Your account is where you can check the status of current orders and view details of past orders. It is where you respond to proofs and curate your collection of past designs for reorder.

2. Navigating the Account

The first page you see in your account will be the order history page. This will have current orders in an upper section, and completed orders in the lower section. On the right side of the page is a preview of a handful of your most recently ordered designs.

If you click on one of the order numbers (current or complete) you will be taken to a details page for that order. It will show you information about that particular order, including billing and shipping addresses, order specifications and designs ordered with their quantities listed.

If you click on the Edit Account Info button, you will be taken to the page to update or change your basic contact and login information.

If you click on the More button below the designs on the right, it will take you to the design reorder page. This page loads automatically to reveal more designs as you scroll down. To return to the main account page, click the Account link at the top right of the page. See #4 for more details about using this page.

3. History Reorders

When on the main account page, you can reorder specific designs or whole orders. We have added a search function to make reordering your labels even easier. You can choose from search criteria such as Material, Order Number, Laminate or File Name. This will filter your orders to show only matching results. If you have placed multiple orders containing lots of designs with us, this can be very helpful.

To reorder a whole order exactly like last time, click on the Reorder button next to each design and enter the quantity listed to the right.

To reorder individual designs, you can use the search function, or simply click on the appropriate order number(s) and locate the designs you wish to reorder. You can order from as many different orders at one time as you would like.

Our reorder system will automatically put designs into the fewest number of orders based on the specifications matching between designs. This can save you a lot of money by combining label designs into bulk pricing orders.

This is a great way to keep your stock of custom labels or stickers filled and save money at the same time.

If you need the orders split because of shipping to different locations, please email or call us to inform us of the changes to the order that we need to make.

See instructions in #4 for once you click on the Reorder button by each design.

4. Design Gallery Reorders

When you click on the button that says “More” at the bottom of the right side of the account history page, you will be taken to a gallery of designs where you can see the images, inspect them and reorder them.

Each of the designs has a thumbnail to give you a visual cue for which label you can reorder. We create a thumbnail for all individual designs if the total designs in the original order is under 30. If it is above 30, we may or may not create thumbnails based on customer request for ability to reorder via this method.

You can click on the thumbnail image for a larger version to inspect text to verify if this is the design you would like to reorder or not. We know that sometimes designs can be hard to tell apart if only a few characters, words or colors change, so we make sure that images can be inspected more closely.

Again, the page will load dynamically. If you don’t see the design you want, keep scrolling down and the page will load all available thumbnails. If you still don’t see the design you want, any design can be reordered via the Order History method described in #3.

Check Out Instructions:

When you click the Reorder button, a box pops up allowing you to tell us how you would like the design reordered. You can choose quantity, processing time and proof type. Even if you chose something else last time, you can always change that during a reorder. All other criteria (material, size, laminate, color mode, options) will remain the same. This allows you to choose how quickly you want to receive the labels. If, for instance, you ordered a printed proof in the original order and don’t need a proof at all now because it was correct last time, you can choose “No Proof”. This will help speed up your order processing as there is no proofing step on our end or yours. Or, if you are in a bind, you can upgrade the processing time from 3 day to 1 day expedited.

You can then add each design to the shopping cart as desired.

When you are ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page. This will take you to the cart to see if you have added all of the designs you intended. You cannot remove any designs from an order set, but you can remove whole orders and replace them if you added a design by accident. This feature of previewing designs in the cart is brand new. We hope you enjoy it.

Once you are satisfied with the cart, you can check out as normal by following the steps in the cart.

5. Being Awesome

No steps necessary. Sit back and revel in the awesomeness you have displayed in reordering your custom labels or stickers so easily. Well done. You can do whatever you want now. Move over Tony Danza, you’re the boss now.
