Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
We are excited about spending time with our families, and celebrating what a wonderful year we have had.
A lot has happened in and around Frontier Label in 2015. There have been babies, record sales and new website versions this year. We are so thankful for all of it!
Just to give you a heads up, our Holiday Schedule is as follows:
- Closed December 24 (Christmas Eve)
- Closed December 25 (Christmas Day)
- Closed January 1 (New Year’s Day)
What does that mean for processing time?
Because we have a pretty tight 3 business day standard turnaround for standard orders, holidays can change up how those 3 days fall. For a standard order, with no options that cause further business day processing, each holiday is skipped as a business day for processing. For example: If you order at 9am on December 23, your processing time would result in the order being ready to ship out on December 29 at the end of the day. Of course, with all machinery based and human operated processes, this is an approximate. We do our best to honor the schedule, but machinery malfunctions and supply chain snafu’s happen.
What does that mean for one-day orders?
Just like with standard processing orders, expedited orders will skip holidays for their processing time. If you order your expedited labels before 10am, they will be due at the end of the same business day. If you order after 10am, they will be due at the end of the next business day. If you order at 2pm on December 31, your order would not be due until the end of the day on January 4. Weekends and holidays can make the processing time seem much longer than expected, but we want to be as clear as possible to help people plan properly.
We are looking forward to exploring 2016 with you all. We are very thankful for all of the new and returning customers that have made 2015 our best year ever. We love helping you in any way that we can, and have enjoyed seeing a lot of you grow in 2015 as well.
