You can reorder your custom labels and stickers through your account. To get started, click on the account tab at the top of the page.

On the right side of the page, you should see a link that says “Reorder.” If you click this link, it will take you to a page that lists your previous designs that you have uploaded. If you placed a variable data order (over 30 designs), you cannot reorder individual labels this way. Once you find all of the images, using the thumbnails to the left of the design info, you can enter quantities for the labels you would like to reorder. The system automatically combines designs that have the same specifications so that you can save money on your orders by combining quantities. After you enter the quantity for a design you would like to reorder, click the add to cart button.

When reordering, you can change a couple of options from your previous order. You can change the processing time by selecting either 1 Day or 3 Day processing, depending on your original order. You can also change whether you receive a printed, electronic, or no proof.

In order to get the advantage of having quantities combined, you need to ensure that all of the options match. If you added a design accidentally, or change your mind about the quantity you would like to order before proceeding to your cart, you can simply click the red “x” next to the price and it will remove all designs that are combined with that particular design. You can then reenter the quantities and add them back to your cart.

If you get to your cart and wish to remove an order, you can click the red “x” next to the order.

Any questions or concerns about reordering can be answered by our Customer Service folks: 1-877-277-4682.

We often get the question “What does my account do?” That is a great question and the answer is pretty simple. Your account allows you to manage your order history and view the status of any order you have placed with us.

In your account you can update your contact info or passwords. You can also manage the thumbnails in your reorder section to keep only the most recent and up-to-date images available for quick and convenient reordering.

Your account also helps us track your previous order samples so that we can keep color consistency across your orders over time. We take care to match colors as closely as possible and if there are multiple accounts for one company, it makes it harder to keep track of which colors to match. You can merge accounts by validating through emails when you log into your account. This can help new account holders have access to orders placed by a previous employee or partner.

We want to make it easy and secure for you to order custom labels and stickers from Frontier Label, so feel free to leave comments with suggestions or let us know how we are doing.

We get a lot of questions about the way the artwork for custom labels and sticker orders should be set up when it is uploaded to our website. There are two important measurements that need to be kept in mind when preparing artwork for submission and upload for purchases. They are the Bleed Size and the Safe Zone. We are going to talk about the difference between Bleed Size and Final Cut Size right here, though. We will save the Safe Zone for a differnt post.

The Bleed Size of your artwork is going to be larger than the Final Cut Size of your custom labels or stickers. The Bleed Size accounts for industry standard drift in the converting machinery. That drift can be up to 0.0625″ in any direction. We recommend that artwork be built with an additional 0.125″ in length and width so that there is 0.0625″ on every side to account for the potential drift. When setting up artwork, all background colors or patterns need to extend all the way out to the edge of the Bleed Size so that they are not cut into accidentally leaving the underlying material peaking out around the edges. If you have a white or clear background the it would not matter if your artwork does not extend all the way to the Bleed edge. This goes for borders as well. Anything that is between the Finished Cut line and the Bleed edge is eligible to be cut into, so create your artwork accordingly.

This does not mean that you can’t have important elements that extend all the way to the Bleed edge, but it does mean that any of them that can’t be cut need to stay well within the Finished Cut line.

If you have any questions or concerns about your artwork, feel free to call 1-877-277-4682 to talk to one of the Preprinting specialists.

Custom labels and stickers are almost always going to be more expensive than stock labels or stickers. We want to provide the best quality product to people who are looking for a fully custom label or sticker. We don’t try to compete with companies that provide semi-custom labels or stickers through template designs. The nature of the product causes it to be more expensive per label. There are ways to get the price per label to be more reasonable. Some of the ways would be to add more total quantity to your order. Going from 250 to 500 labels can often make the price per label go down 40%. Other ways to decrease the price per label would be to change some of the specifications of your label or sticker. Sometimes just changing one dimension 1/2″ can drop the price over $50. If you have a very simple or black only design and have very low quantities needed, the Economy Quality – Short Run printing option may be just what you need.

We want you to get the custom labels and stickers at a price per label that will not only fit in your budget, but help you be more salient in your own sales if you use labels in your business. If you have any quesitons or would like advice on how to get the most label for your money, feel free to call us 1-877-277-4682.
