How Proofing Affects My Processing Time PDF proofs will be sent within the timeframes specified below: 5 business day processing PDFs will be sent within 2 business days 1 business day processing PDFs will be sent within 1 business days Once we have sent your PDF proof via email the order remains on hold until we receive your proof approval or denial. Proof approvals received back on the same day will not result in a delay of the order. Press Printed Proofing Press Proofs add up to three business days to any processing time. Press proofs will be sent in accordance with the PDF proof schedule listed above. Once we have sent the press proof your order is placd on hold until we receive your proof approval of denial.
